- Add dependents to Elite plans for $95 each for 12 months.
- Add a spouse or child as dependent to Elite Plus and Silver plans for only $120 for 12 months
- Elite Plus, Silver, Gold and Platinum members are eligible for at home services for an additional fee. Limitations apply.
- Members with Gold and Platinum plans will enjoy Silver Benefits in Haiti and access our US network of providers.
